Jimmy Beck
Sous-Chef
Jimmy has been part of the kitchen team under Executive Chef Stefan Lünse since May 2025.
He studied Restaurant Management at the EHL in Lausanne and has gained experience in renowned establishments such as Heston Blumenthal’s in London.
When he’s not cooking at the Zermatterhof, he enjoys cooking soul food, from Asian to American.

FABIENNE ANNINA AMBÜHL
Hospitality student
Fabienne joined the team at the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof in May 2024. She already has experience in front office and service and will also be assisting with housekeeping in winter. At the same time, she is attending the Hotel Management School in Thun, where she is deepening her knowledge of hotel management and combining it with practical experience at the Zermatterhof.
