The Canton of Valais is the richest culinary region in Switzerland. From the peaks of the Alps through the Rhone valley to Lake Geneva, an incomparable variety of high-quality produce grows and thrives, which flows into the Heimat (homeland) menu. The Fernweh (Wanderlust) menu, on the other hand, is inspired by highlights from international cuisine such as foie gras and fillet of Irish beef.
