the GaultMillau Guide Switzerland 2027, published on 5 October, recognises
the work of Executive Chef Stefan Lu nse and his team with higher ratings for both
restaurants. Alpine Gourmet Prato Borni has been awarded 17 points, while Brasserie Lusi rises to 14 points. Both restaurants have gained one point.

In the latest edition of “Die 150 besten Hotels der Schweiz 2026/27” in the “Andrin Willi Hotel Rating Switzerland”, the Zermatterhof has risen from 26th place last year to 15th place.
