PICK-UP SERVICE

After your arrival in Zermatt, you'll travel directly to the hotel with our historic horse-drawn carriage.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in can be at anytime after 14:00 hrs on the day of your arrival, and check-out can be at anytime before 12:00 hrs.

Room service

Room service is available to you 24 hours every day.

Housekeeping

The housekeeping department will be pleased to provide you with an air humidifier, a children's bed or a baby cot.

Pets

Small pets are permitted in the hotel at a rate of CHF 40.00 per night. The animals must always remain accompanied by their owner, or be kept in a cage/box. Pets must not be allowed to stay unsupervised in hotel rooms.

A computer with internet access is available at all times for you to use.

Our cable television offers around 50 channels from around the world. In addition, you may use our Video On Demand (VOD) system at no extra charge.

Our concierge will be delighted to assist you obtain your ski equipment, help purchase tickets for performances and events, make dinner reservations, organise sight-seeing tours and book ski instructors or mountain guides on your behalf.
